How does the seven-axis prediction work?
Hoparoma combines published hop-chemistry medians, process models for each addition stage (Boil, Whirlpool, Dry Hop, Cold Dry Hop), yeast strain factors, and a sensory vocabulary (BJCP / Cicerone / Siebel) to output a forecast on seven aroma axes. The prediction is built on peer-reviewed brewing chemistry, and the app lists its sources in Settings → About. Every recipe also breaks its aroma down into per-compound concentrations you can inspect.
Can I export my recipes?
Yes. Tap the share button on any saved recipe to export it through iOS's native share sheet. You control where the text goes — Hoparoma does not upload anything.
How do I cancel a Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Hoparoma Pro → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
What if my tasting doesn't match the prediction?
That's exactly what the brewing journal is for. Log the tasting, review the per-axis delta, and save it as a Personal Correction. Future recipes will tilt predictions toward your fermentation reality — your water, your yeast pitch, your kettle geometry.
Which devices are supported?
iOS 17.0 and later, on iPhone and iPad. The Apple Intelligence features (the AI co-pilot and Flavor Forecast) additionally need iOS 26 on a supported iPhone; every other feature works on all supported devices.
Do you collect any data?
No. No accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is the app legal if homebrewing isn't allowed where I live?
Yes. Hoparoma is a recipe-planning and aroma-prediction tool — you can design, study, and audit recipes without producing beer. Actual brewing must follow your local laws. For example, Japan's Liquor Tax Act (酒税法) prohibits unlicensed production of beverages exceeding 1% ABV. The app neither enables nor encourages unlicensed production.

7 軸予測はどういう仕組みですか?
ホップ品種別の香気成分中央値、投入段階ごと (煮込み / ホワールプール / ドライホップ / コールドドライホップ) のプロセスモデル、酵母株係数、官能語彙 (BJCP / Cicerone / Siebel) を組み合わせて 7 軸のプロファイルを出力しています。予測は査読された醸造化学に基づき、出典はアプリ内 (設定 → About) に記載しています。各レシピは香りを化合物濃度に分解して確認できます。
レシピをエクスポートできますか?
できます。保存レシピの共有ボタンから iOS 標準の共有シートが開き、書き出し先は利用者が選びます。Hoparoma から外部にデータを送信することはありません。
Pro サブスクリプションを解約するには?
iOS の 設定 アプリを開き、上部の自分の名前をタップ → サブスクリプション → Hoparoma Pro → サブスクリプションをキャンセル。課金期間の末日まで Pro 機能は使えます。
試飲結果が予測と合わないときは?
そのために醸造日誌があります。試飲ログを保存すると 7 軸それぞれでデルタ (予測 vs 実感) が表示されます。デルタを「個人補正」として保存すると、次回以降のレシピ予測があなたの醸造環境 (水質・発酵温度・発酵槽) に寄っていきます。
対応端末は?
iOS 17.0 以降、iPhone と iPad に対応。Apple Intelligence 機能 (AI co-pilot と Flavor Forecast) のみ iOS 26 + 対応 iPhone が必要で、それ以外の機能は全対応端末で動きます。
データ収集はありますか?

自家醸造が違法な地域でもアプリは使えますか?
はい。Hoparoma はレシピ設計と香り予測のツールです。実際に醸造しなくても、レシピの設計・学習・検証に使えます。実際の醸造行為は各国・各地域の法令に従ってください。日本では酒税法により、許可のないアルコール度数 1% 超の製造は禁止されています。本アプリは無許可製造を可能にするものでも助長するものでもありません。
